Nedaudz par to kas un kā varētu būt CoD:BO MP...
Treyarch’s Multiplayer Design Director, David Vonderhaar, frequents the CoD forums and has left some interesting nuggets of Black Ops multiplayer details amongst his posts. Some of the details Vonderhaar talks about strongly suggests that the firm will ditch a lot of the imbalances of MW2 multiplayer.
Black Ops Multiplayer Titbits
* While they’ve tried having custom killstreaks for each class, that seemed to complicate the ‘purity and speed’ of Create a Class.
* Consequently, it’s fair to assume that customizable killstreaks are all but confirmed.
* At this stage in development, killstreaks stack and carry over if you die, but do not contribute to further killstreaks (hence eliminating the ‘camping for killstreaks’ problem of Modern Warfare 2).
* Treyarch are not fans of Commando, the extended melee range perk in Modern Warfare 2, and it is unlikely to return.
* They’ve tried a ‘manned’ version of the Sentry Gun killstreak, but weren’t fans.
* We may well see a return to pistols as the only available sidearm, or perhaps a choice between pistols and launchers. Vahn and many of the team are not fans of shotguns and machine pistols as secondary weapons – it gives a player ‘too much firepower’.
* The knife may well become a secondary weapon – although Vahn didn’t want to say too much.
* Finally, don’t expect the nuke to return as a killstreak. Vahn says they are not fans of a game-ending killstreak

According to a listing on IMDb for Call of Duty: Black Ops we have a “rumored” list of voice actors for Treyarch’s next game.
The entry lists seven voice actors that are reported to have put their talents into Black Ops. The only confirmed actor is James C. Burns who is providing the voice for Sgt. Frank Woods. Several other actors are providing voices for “unnamed US soldiers.”
Far more interesting is what seems to be confirmation, or at least the first mention, of a return of the hugely popular Zombie Mode which first debuted in Treyarch’s last game, Call of Duty: World at War.
An actor named Shaun Paul Piccinino, who voiced a zombie in Call of Duty: World at War, is rumored to be providing the voice over for “Zombie”. So we’re either going to be seeing zombies in the Campaign, which is highly unlikely, or Call of Duty: Black Ops will see the return of a co-op mode/side game that features zombies – which we believe is far more plausible considering slaying the undead was so popular in World at War.
[EDIT]
Speaking in this months PC Zone magazine Treyarch studio head, Mark Lamia, confirms that the PC version of Call of Duty: Black Ops – unlike Modern Warfare 2 before it –
will feature dedicated servers.
